It is
hard to imagine that children in our immediate area may be sleeping with other
siblings in the same bed, with other adult relatives, or on a cold floor with
j
 ust
a blanket to cover them.
Through Beds4Kids, when a family is referred to us with children in need of
beds, they
will receive a new foundation and mattress for each child under the age
of 18.
In
2006, we provided
300 children with new beds, in 2007, 468
were snuggled up in a bed of their own and 568 were in new beds in 2008.
